Job summary

The Chalk Freehouse, Chelsea, part of the Tom Kerridge Group, is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house operation and energise the team.

You will be on the floor, ensuring warm, attentive service, supporting briefings and training, and working closely with the kitchen and management to deliver a flawless guest experience during busy services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy restaurant or pub.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and looking after people.
• A confident, hands-on approach to leadership.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to stay calm and positive during busy services.
• Someone who takes pride in standards and enjoys working as part of a team.
• A friendly, personable approach and a good sense of humour.

Responsibilities

• Leading the floor team during service and keeping standards high
• Making sure guests receive warm, friendly and attentive service
• Supporting the team with briefings, training and day‑to‑day development

The Chalk Freehouse is a lively, welcoming pub just off the King’s Road in Chelsea, brought to you by Tom Kerridge and the team behind some of the UK’s best‑loved hospitality venues.

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Floor Manager to join our team and help lead the front‑of‑house operation.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, looking after guests and supporting the team to deliver great service every day. You’ll be confident leading from the front, keeping things organised during busy services and making sure every guest feels genuinely looked after.
