Job Description

The responsibilities:

  • Provide a luxury selling experience to all customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and expertise.
  • Confidently demonstrate and apply products to customers while making recommendations to achieve sales and targets.
  • Drive and meet individual and team objectives, being accountable for sales results and KPIs.
  • Stay passionate about industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge through brand and store information, education materials, and training.
  • Engage proactively with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Contact clients regarding new ranges, products, and in-store events.
  • Plan and execute in-store events collaboratively with store and brand teams.
  • Maintain high visual standards in-store, ensuring displays are clean and attractive.
  • Adhere to grooming policies, maintaining personal grooming standards.
  • Support stock counts and operational duties.
  • Promote the brand positively and uphold the company's image.
  • Assist the store management team.
  • Build strong relationships with brand representatives.
  • Participate actively in team activities to achieve store objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Uphold company culture and values.

The person:

All applicants should demonstrate the ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in fashion retail.
  • High energy and motivation.
  • Confident, assertive, and personable.

  • Excellent communication skills.
