Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Saskatchewan invites an experienced Floor Manager to lead our luxury dining operation. You’ll oversee daily service, manage rosters and payroll accuracy, train new team members, and ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

You lead with precision and heart, maintaining health and safety standards, coordinating maintenance and stock, and setting a tone of excellence and teamwork that motivates the entire team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

About You…

• Experienced in managing floor operations within a luxury or high-end restaurant.
• Confident using rota management systems (ideally Fourth) and overseeing schedules and timesheets.
• Knowledgeable in health, safety, and compliance standards.
• A strong communicator and natural motivator.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure.
• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and supporting your team to do the same.

As Floor Manager, you’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth, high-quality service throughout every shift.
