Job summary

1 Hotel Mayfair is seeking a Floor Manager to lead seamless daily service within our luxury restaurant. You’ll partner with the Restaurant Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences and support a high-performing team.

Experienced in luxury floor operations, you will oversee rosters, payroll accuracy, onboarding, and health and safety standards, while maintaining a calm, proactive leadership style.

About You

Experienced in managing floor operations within a luxury or high-end restaurant. Confident using rota management systems (ideally Fourth) and overseeing schedules and timesheets. Knowledgeable in health, safety, and compliance standards. A strong communicator and natural motivator. Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure. Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and supporting your team to do the same.

About the Role

As Floor Manager, you’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth, high-quality service throughout every shift.
