Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee daily operations in a luxury hotel environment in Canada. You’ll supervise shifts, allocate room assignments for arrivals and VIPs, and ensure public areas and guest rooms meet luxury standards.

You’ll coordinate with Front Desk and Engineering, address guest concerns professionally, and drive continuous improvement while championing sustainability and our service culture.
