About the Role

As a Floor Manager, you will support the Store Management team in running the store by leading and inspiring your team to deliver the best store standards for our customers.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and store standards
• Support your team’s management, motivate colleagues to increase sales, and ensure efficiency
• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills, knowledge, and training
• Operate and deliver processes that meet all legal requirements
• Have strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPIs
