• Increase conversion through customer engagement and spreading the joy of fashion
• Inspire customers using both verbal and visual engagement with the product

• Use reports to make commercial and financial decisions that will increase profit
• Be aware of cost control, how to drive and protect profit

We’re looking for…

• Previous experience at Floor Manager level or as an experienced Supervisor/Team Leader seeking your next step
• Alternatively, a small Store/Deputy Manager looking to move into a larger environment
• Good understanding of latest trends and competitors
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in VM
• Experience analyzing reports and making commercial decisions
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Excellent communication skills and team engagement
• Passion for delivering a world-class customer experience
• Decision-making, problem-solving, accountability, and good planning skills
