• Good communication skills and a professional approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and replace flooring types including vinyl, laminate, carpet tiles and safety flooring.
• Prepare and level subfloors to ensure a quality finish.
• Carry out floor preparation works, including latex screeds and smoothing compounds.
• Complete repairs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Respond to urgent and emergency repair requests as required.
• Maintain accurate job records using mobile working technology.
