Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Floor Layer to join the Responsive Repairs and Voids division in the Greater Manchester area. The role involves floor laying in social housing void properties and occasional on-call responsive repairs.

Qualifications

Social Housing/domestic experience is essential.
Full UK driving license is required.
DBS check will be completed.

Responsibilities

Carry out floor laying in void properties and responsive repairs.
Measure, order and fit vinyl, carpet, carpets tiles; cap and cove; self-level and screeding.
Work on void properties with some responsive repairs in tenanted properties.
Work from job tickets or handheld device tied to a live shared system.
Manage your day/workload effectively while delivering high-quality service.
