Floor Layer Wanted - Yeovil & Surrounding Areas
18.88/hr (incl. holiday pay)

We've got a great opportunity with a busy housing association working across Yeovil and the surrounding area - and they're looking for someone just like you.

You'll be out and about each day in a company van, working in social housing properties and making sure the flooring looks spot-on. Move into a permanent position with loads of benefits.

What will you be doing:

• Fitting vinyl (sheet/safety/tiles) and carpets
• Prepping floors with latex or ply
• Fitting grippers, underlay, and making everything look sharp
• Doing repairs when needed
• Helping tenants pick from a few flooring options
• Ordering materials and using the job system to keep things up to date
• Helping out other trades now and then

What you need:

• Solid floor laying experience - Wetrooms, vinyl and carpet.
• A full UK driving licence
• A can-do attitude and good attention to detail
• Friendly and professional with tenants
