Role: Vinyl Floor Layer (Housing Maintenance)
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Yeovil & Surrounding Areas
Environment: Housing Maintenance

The Company: Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around the Yeovil area.

The Role:

• Prepare floors using latex or plywood and fit vinyl sheet flooring, safety flooring, or vinyl tiles.
• Maintenance tasks as required.
• Receive & complete works via PDA device.

Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of wet room flooring.
• Variety of floor fitting experience.
• Full UK Driver's License.
• Social housing experience preferred.

The Offer:

• Temp to Permanent position.
• Company Van & Fuel Card provided.
