Mears Group PLC in Brent is seeking a skilled Floor Layer to join our maintenance team. You will install and repair flooring across residential properties, ensuring durable, high-quality finishes and compliance with safety standards.
This hands-on role requires technical precision and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A full UK driving licence and own tools are required, with a competitive package and benefits.
Annual salary: up to £36,800.00
Location: Brent
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, 42.5 hours per week)
Salary: £36,800 per hour + company van and fuel card

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Floor Layer to join our team in Brent, working in partnership with Brent Council. You’ll carry out a wide range of flooring installations and repairs across residential properties, helping to deliver a stable and high-quality service to the local community.
This is a hands‑on role requiring technical precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of flooring materials and techniques. You’ll work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
