This role focuses on supporting maids and room attendants, coordinating with maintenance, managing lost property procedures, and upholding high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare early control sheets for maids and Housekeepers ensuring that all rooms are covered.
• Ensure a close liaison with the maintenance department, promptly reporting any major jobs. Any smaller problems should be entered on a docket and follow up with reminder dockets.
• Know the correct procedure for handling Lost Property
• Check that Room Attendants have completed the work assigned to them to your complete satisfaction before they go off duty.
• Carry out any on the training as needed.
