• Strong AutoCAD skills and ability to produce planning reports (FRA, Drainage Strategy Reports).
• Experience in flood risk modelling (fluvial/pluvial) and S104 drainage designs with authorities.

Responsibilities

• Work on varied residential and commercial developments within a collaborative team.
• Lead projects at Senior Engineer level, prepare fee proposals, manage budgets and resources.
• Provide specialist planning advice on flood risk, drainage, and development masterplans.
• Attend design team and local authority meetings, public consultations and networking events.
