This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys building positive relationships with different people and teams.

You'll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and people with complex needs who may also require specialist support due to behaviours of distress across a number of supported living homes, so you'll need to be confident adapting your approach and providing personalised support wherever you're working.
