Wards of Kent is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team in the West Kingsdown area. You will engage with customers, promote services, and guide clients through viewings, offers, and the handover process for new homes.

Role features include a guaranteed earning period for the first four months, uncapped commission thereafter, and a structured career path within a supportive, lively environment. Full driving license and own car are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have full driving license and own car.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week including alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Call customers and discuss products and services.

• Drive offers to completion and hand over keys to customers.

The Package

• Basic Salary: £21,000
• Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £29,400)
• Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays - balance is key!
