Job summary

VGC is seeking an experienced Foreman to supervise operations across Selborne, Sandhurst and surrounding sites. This floating role requires travel between projects with a proactive approach to safety, quality and productivity, starting immediately for a minimum 5 weeks.

The ideal candidate will hold a CSCS Gold/Black Card, NVQ Level 3, SMSTS and First Aid at Work, with proven site leadership in construction or civil engineering and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• CSCS Gold/Black Card (minimum)
• NVQ Level 3 (minimum)
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Previous Foreman experience in construction or civil engineering
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervising site operatives and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with programme requirements
• Maintaining quality standards and site compliance
• Coordinating labour, plant, and materials
• Liaising with Site Management and client representatives
• Completing site records and daily briefings
