Hertfordshire Mind is seeking a Community Support Worker to assist individuals with mental ill health in Hertfordshire. You will provide flexible, person-centred support in homes, GP surgeries and wellbeing centres, helping people access services and build independence.

The role is a 1-year fixed-term contract, full-time (37.5 hours/week), with working base near home and travel across Hertfordshire. A driving licence and own vehicle are essential.

• Calm, non-judgemental approach when supporting individuals in distress.

Responsabilités

• Provide flexible, person-centred and holistic support to individuals with mental ill health or complex needs.
• Work across community settings including homes, GP surgeries and wellbeing centres.
• Help connect individuals to appropriate services and build independence.
• Contribute to reducing delays in accessing support and improving outcomes.
