Job summary

LCA Jobs is seeking a Float Lettings Consultant for an established estate agency operating across Essex. You will support lettings teams at multiple branches, conduct viewings and assist landlords and applicants, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role is full-time and permanent with a basic salary around £27,000 per year, plus car allowance and performance bonuses. A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between branches are required; training is provided.

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Float Lettings Consultant to join a successful and established estate agency operating across Essex.

The successful candidate will provide support across multiple branches, assisting lettings teams with their day-to-day activities and ensuring excellent customer service.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and enjoys working in a customer-facing environment.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in residential lettings or a customer-facing sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• A willingness to travel between different branch locations.

Previous estate agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as training will be provided.
