Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an experienced Flight Dispatch Supervisor / Operations Supervisor in the United Kingdom to lead the Operations Control function. You will oversee real-time flight operations, guide decision-making, and ensure safety, compliance and exceptional service across VIP/long-range operations.

As a key leader, you will coordinate flight planning, crew briefing, routing and disruption management, while mentoring Operations Controllers and Dispatchers.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation operations environment (Business Aviation preferred).
• Proven experience in flight dispatch and/or operations control.
• Strong understanding of flight planning, NOTAMs, weather analysis and global routing.
• Working knowledge of EASA regulations, FTL schemes and operational control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily flight operations across the network with emphasis on safety and efficiency.
• Lead flight dispatch and operational control activities including flight planning, crew briefing, routing and disruption management.
• Monitor slots, permits, handling and regulatory requirements to ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-profile operations; provide swift resolutions.
• Supervise and develop Operations Controllers and Dispatchers for high performance and consistency.
• Drive real-time decision-making for re-routing, delays, diversions and emergency responses.
