Job Description

• Ensure the delivery of exceptional DO & CO quality on time at Heathrow Airport with maximum efficiency, meeting customer requirements.
• Manage daily activities such as pick-up times, log sheets, check sheets, and delivery notes, ensuring they are checked and updated.
• Prepare handovers to crew, including submitting paperwork, briefing on menu changes, and controlling the truck after offloading.
• Check packing accuracy, seal trolleys before leaving the site.
• Coordinate with Transport and Dispatch for smooth delivery of goods to aircraft.
• Represent DO & CO in communications with customers and crew, confirming correct deliveries.
• Adhere to SOPs, Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food safety, and legal requirements.
• Establish working systems to ensure product quality, resolve problems, and initiate continuous improvements.
• Report on productivity and performance indicators to management.
• Manage team performance, provide development and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Strong customer service, dedication, and work ethic.
• Organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
• Teamwork confidence.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as operations run 7 days a week.
