Job summary

Resolve Personnel Limited currently seeks a Flight Handler for an airline catering client at Manchester Airport. The role is customer-service focused, acting as the main liaison between the company and flight staff to ensure accurate and secure delivery of meals to aircraft.

Key duties include planning daily workloads, assembling meals, sealing trollies, delivering to aircraft, briefing crew and maintaining hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Proven problem-solving, efficiency and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily workloads before each shift.
• Assemble inflight meals and special requests per specification.
• Place security seals on trollies before delivery to flights.
• Deliver items to aircraft and brief crew on menus.
• Ensure cabins meet client specifications and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to safety, security and cleaning protocols.
• Interact professionally with colleagues and flight staff.
• Lift and/or push approximately 50lbs and support other duties as needed.
