Job summary

First Call Contract Services, Ltd. is seeking a General Assistant for its food production and aviation catering operation in the Braintree area. This role offers a pay rate of £14.41 per hour with a consistent shift pattern of 5 days on and 3 days off.

Successful candidates will be required to maintain high standards of food safety and support various operational activities. Flexibility, a reliable attitude, and a team-oriented approach are essential. This is a temp-to-perm position with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass aviation security clearance checks including employment and address history referencing.
• Comfortable working with both Halal and Non-Halal food products.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and packing airline food products.
• Working on production lines including food assembly and packing.
• Supporting warehouse functions and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Handling stock and following company procedures.
