Job summary

Our client in the packaging sector is recruiting a Flexographic Printer to set up and run 8 & 10 colour presses in a high-output environment in the UK.

You will ensure quality, efficiency and KPI targets are met while working with a supportive team that values training and development.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a Flexo Printing role.
• A strong work ethic with the drive and passion to succeed.
• Organised, motivated and calm to work in strategic manner.
• Excellent communication skills to be able to ask lots of questions and keep yourself busy.

Responsibilities

• Running the press to its optimum efficiency, working to high standards and set procedures. Ensuring that customers’ requirements are met at all times.
• Responsible for the Print Assistant to ensure maximum uptime is maintained allowing continuous throughput.
