You will operate and maintain flexographic printing machinery, ensuring consistent quality and efficient production in a fast-paced setting. The role requires reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work independently with accuracy

Qualifications

• Previous flexographic printing experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work independently.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses.
• Complete colour matching, plate changes and ink management.
• Carry out quality checks throughout the print run.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues.
• Work to production schedules and meet daily targets; follow all site health and safety procedures.
