Job summary

Optimum TA Ltd. is seeking an experienced Flexo Printer for our Daventry operation. The role involves setting up and operating flexographic presses, ensuring print quality, colour matching, and registration across runs.

You will work with finishing equipment such as die cutters, slitters and rewinders, and contribute to continuous improvement and SMED initiatives. A team-oriented, safety-conscious approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating flexographic printing presses within labels, packaging or a similar print environment.
• Good knowledge of print quality, registration and colour matching.
• Confident setting and adjusting printing equipment.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using IT systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

The Role
