Qualifications

• Must have experience in the care sector.
• Willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
• Experience in supervising a team desirable.

Responsibilities

• Taking the lead with supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential care environment.
• Supervising a team and assisting with the overall management of the home.
• Liaising with managers and other shift leaders.
• Executing tasks in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
• Supervising mealtimes with residents to encourage a positive attitude towards food.
