Responsibilities

• Take the lead with supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential care environment.
• Supervise a team and assist with overall management of the home.
• Liaise with managers and other shift leaders.
• Execute tasks in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
• Supervise meals and encourage positive attitudes towards dining.
• Assist residents in daily activities both in and outside the home.
• Use initiative to support residents during activities and day-to-day tasks.
