Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking adaptable Teaching Assistants for Primary, Secondary and SEN settings in the UK. You choose your preferred age group and environment, with options for full-time, part-time, or flexible daily supply shifts. Daily pay ranges from £85 to £110, with weekly PAYE and no umbrella fees. Immediate start available.

Roles include EYFS/Primary support, Secondary GCSE prep, and 1:1 or small group SEN assistance, tailored to your location and preferences.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in schools, nurseries, care work, sports coaching, or youth work.
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning and pupil development.
• Strong communication with foundational literacy and numeracy.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
• The right to work in the UK and reliable transport links across {{[Insert Location]}}.

Responsibilities

• Support Primary mainstream classes, lead guided reading/maths groups, and assist EYFS-KS2 development.
• Assist Secondary classes with subject-specific support and GCSE preparation.
• Deliver 1:1 or small group SEN support tailored to pupils' needs.
