Aspire People are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Leicester. We offer day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, and long-term opportunities with flexible hours to fit around your commitments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible, proactive and adaptable approach.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day supply: Supporting local schools with daily staffing requirements and classroom cover.
• Short-term assignments: Providing additional classroom support for several weeks at a time.
• Part-time and full-time roles: Flexible opportunities to suit your availability.
• Long-term positions: Building relationships with pupils and staff while providing consistent classroom support.
• Permanent opportunities: Finding a permanent position within a school setting.
