Job summary

Monarch Education in Wellingborough is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary, secondary and SEND settings. This temporary role offers flexibility and the potential to progress to a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, collaborate with teachers and SENCOs, promote engagement and independence, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience within a UK school.
• Experience supporting additional needs.
• Safeguarding knowledge.
