Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants in Wellingborough to support pupils across Primary, Secondary, and SEND schools. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience within a UK school, experience supporting additional needs, safeguarding knowledge, and right to work in the UK or an equivalent setting.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups; work alongside teachers and SENCOs; promote engagement and independence; help create a safe, inclusive environment.
