Flexibility covers daily supply to longer-term or permanent roles, with opportunities to fit around your schedule. Ideal candidates will have experience as a Teaching Assistant and a patient, resilient approach, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in schools or specialist settings.
• Ability to support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD or other needs.
• Patient, resilient and adaptable approach to learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for helping children reach their potential.
