Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is seeking a Flexible Teaching Assistant to work across primary schools in Swansea. The role is part-time and starts immediately, with pay at £14.25 per hour on a PAYE basis and weekly payments.

You will support children across primary age groups, deliver small group interventions and assist pupils with ALN while adapting to different school environments. A positive, proactive approach and good communication are essential.

We are looking to recruit a Flexible Teaching Assistant on a part-time basis starting in September. The successful Flexible Teaching Assistant will work across a range of primary age groups, providing classroom support, delivering small group interventions and supporting children with ALN, while adapting confidently to different school environments.

The successful Flexible Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children within a primary school setting
• Experience supporting pupils with ALN
• A positive, flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best
