Qualifications

• 6 months recent UK experience as a Support Worker or in a similar healthcare role.
• A caring, reliable and professional approach.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to travel within Bradford and surrounding areas using your own transport or public transport.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with day-to-day living activities
• Promoting independence, dignity and choice
• Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
• Supporting with meals, hydration and personal well-being
• Observing and reporting changes in service user's well-being
• Completing accurate records and following individual care plans
