Search Consultancy are recruiting Support Workers to join our bank hours team in the West Midlands. The role supports service users with mental health conditions and learning disabilities in various private healthcare settings.

Flexible, ad hoc shifts and a fast track process with next-day interviews are offered, with DBS checks provided. Applicants should have healthcare experience, be flexible and able to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months recent healthcare experience.
• Flexible approach to shifts and duties.
• Be able to travel to local and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to service users with mental health issues and learning disabilities.
• Work across private healthcare settings on ad hoc/temporary basis.
• Attend video interview if shortlisted and complete DBS checks where required.
