Job summary

Search Consultancy is expanding its Bank Support Worker team in Bradford and we’re looking for experienced Support Workers to join us. We offer flexible agency shifts across a range of healthcare services, with next-day video interviews and a free enhanced DBS for successful applicants.

You will support adults in specialist healthcare settings, helping with day-to-day living activities, promoting independence and dignity, and ensuring safe moving & handling.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months recent UK experience as a Support Worker or in a similar healthcare role
• A caring, reliable and professional approach
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Ability to travel within Bradford and the surrounding areas using your own transport or public transport

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with day-to-day living activities
• Promoting independence, dignity and choice
• Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
• Supporting with meals, hydration and personal well-being
• Observing and reporting changes in service user's well-being
• Completing accurate records and following individual care plans
