Salutem Care and Education's Silverdale in Redruth is seeking a flexible Support Worker to join a team caring for four gentlemen in a five-bedroom home. You’ll support daily activities, promote independence, and help create meaningful moments through walks, social outings, and comforting presence.

You’ll work with compassion, curiosity, and calm confidence, building strong relationships while adapting to changing needs and ensuring safety and well-being in a supportive environment.
