Job summary

Balfor Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for flexible supply work across West Cheshire, including Chester and surrounding towns. Roles span primary, secondary and SEN settings with day-to-day, short-term and longer-term assignments.

We offer weekly pay, competitive daily rates (£90–£110) and opportunities to progress into permanent positions. Successful candidates will have UK school experience and DBS clearance or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across year groups.

• Follow school safeguarding policies at all times.
