Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants for South East London schools. You’ll support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, help teachers keep lessons on track, and bring calm, positivity to busy classrooms.

Flexibility is key: choose 1–5 days or more, with weekly pay and opportunities for longer-term roles. We welcome candidates with childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support backgrounds and a friendly, adaptable approach.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (school-based experience welcomed).
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcomed.
• Friendly, patient and adaptable personality.
• Confident walking into new environments.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Help teachers keep lessons engaging and on track.
• Bring calm, positivity and structure to busy classrooms.
• Support children with additional needs where required.
• Be an extra pair of hands to help the day run smoothly.
