Job summary

Aspire People is seeking flexible Supply Teachers with QTS to support 48 schools across Northamptonshire through five trusted Multi‑Academy Trusts. Whether you want one day a week or a full timetable, we’ll work with you to find the right placements.

We offer excellent daily rates, friendly local support, and opportunities across primary and secondary schools with both long-term and day-to-day cover available.

Qualifications

• QTS required for eligibility to teach in schools.
• Experience delivering lessons across primary and secondary settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in assigned primary or secondary classes.
• Adapt to school schemes of work and pupil needs.
• Support safeguarding and welfare checks as required.
