Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Sous Chef for The Fox, supporting a branded menu and leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes. You will train staff, manage stock, and assist the Head Chef with orders and prep in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or senior chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to train and lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety standards.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
