Choice Care is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a group of social care workers in a residential service. You will ensure high-quality care, lead by example and coordinate with shift leaders and managers to maintain safe, supportive environments for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and willingness to participate in on-call duties. Rotas include weekends and shift work, with flexible patterns available.

Formación

• Must have experience in the care sector.
• Commitment to undertaking a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting.
• Supervise the team and assist with overall service management.
• Liaise with managers and other shift leaders.
• Execute tasks in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
• Supervise and share mealtimes to promote positive attitudes toward food.
• Assist residents in daily activities on and off-site.
• Use initiative to support residents during activities and day-to-day tasks.
