Choice Care Group in Bracknell is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a team of social care workers in a residential setting, ensuring high-quality care and safe, dignified daily living for residents with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will lead shifts, liaise with managers, and support a positive, patient, and inclusive culture while promoting activities and community involvement.
The role includes weekend and rota-based hours, with opportunities for development through in-house
Qualifications
- Experience in the care sector with residential settings.
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge in care leadership.
- Patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork and strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of social care workers in a residential home.
- Liaise with managers and other shift leaders to ensure quality care.
- Support residents with daily activities and promote positive mealtimes.
