Job summary

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Skills Development Project Assistant to support the delivery of the Skills and Talent programme across Swansea Bay City Deal regions. The role involves recording outputs, tracking milestones, and liaising with project leads to ensure funded projects progress on schedule.

You will update the CRM with training delivery data, identify gaps, and coordinate meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic level of conversational Welsh is required.
• Experience in project support or administration is preferred.
• Able to liaise with project leads and collect information.
• Strong data recording and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager to maintain contact with pilot projects.
• Record outputs and track milestones in line with funding letters.
• Liaise with project leads to gather information and arrange meetings.
• Update the CRM system to record training delivery across the region.
• Identify gaps in provision and support continuous improvement.
