Job summary

You’ll greet customers, manage the service journey from start to finish, book vehicles in for service, repair, and maintenance, and communicate with technicians and customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and systems.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and solving problems proactively.
• A professional, friendly approach with great attention to detail.
• Flexibility to take on assignments as and when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and managing their service journey from start to finish
