Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales professional.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage their service journey from start to finish.
• Booking vehicles in for service, repair and maintenance.
• Provide clear updates on vehicle progress and repair times.
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Ensure exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
• Keep records and systems updated accurately and efficiently.
