Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a part-time, flexible role at a UK care home. You will supervise Care Assistants and work with the Deputy General Manager to deliver person-centred care.

You will support the clinical team in medication, assessments, and care planning, while upholding residents' dignity and building a warm, welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Experience in clinical care for the elderly.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Respect residents' dignity and preferences and help create a warm, welcoming, vibrant environment.
