Job summary

• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments or care plans.
• Deliver person-centred care while respecting residents' dignity and preferences.
• Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming and vibrant care environment.
