Job summary

Targeted Provision in the United Kingdom is seeking SEND tutors and teachers to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs in your community.

We offer in-person, hybrid, and work-from-home tutoring with flexible hours and ongoing interviews as applications come in.

Requirements include 2+ years teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, Enhanced DBS (we can assist), and safeguarding knowledge to create a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND/SEMH experience preferred.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, or Science.
• QTS or QTLS certification required.
• Enhanced DBS clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and safe learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan lessons and report on student progress, with regular feedback.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with trauma-informed tutoring.
